There’s a popular training challenge out there called ‘75 Hard’.

From what I understand, it’s part fitness challenge, part nutrition challenge, and part personal growth challenge.

This got me thinking: what would a challenge like ‘75 Hard’ look like for content creators?

I posted an outline of version 1 of this challenge yesterday:

The idea behind something like this is to know what you're focusing on each week if you want to improve.

It’s also a bit easier to plug into your calendar so you can schedule time for each task, rather than just abstractly piecing it all together.

There’s no one way to make content.

However, for most people, the process can become overwhelming, leading to burnout.

To combat this, I think it’s helpful to lay everything out on the table: plan, implement, review, repeat.

The whole thing breaks down to around 7-9 hours a week, depending on what you're publishing and how frequently.

Do you have to do it this way forever? No way. It’s just a simple challenge to see how much you can grow in 60 days.

I believe most of us would be surprised at just how much can happen in such a short amount of time.
