Feeling like you're barely making noise, or that you can't keep up, isn't a hallucination...it's a fact.

1: Recognize Your Effort

Us creators often underestimate the sheer volume of work we put into our content.

From brainstorming ideas to creating, editing, publishing, and every step in between.

The value you bring is overlooked in our fast-paced media consumption format...but the reality is you're contributing to a larger picture of innovation and community building. It's inspiring even when you don't get the flowers of recognition. So, don't forget to pat yourself on the back every once in a while.

2: Ask Yourself This Question

Depending on the main topics you create around, you might take your work more seriously than others. And that's great.

But I've got a question, and it's more of a challenge. This is especially for the perfectionists out there...

How can you make your job more fun and lighter?

When you're enjoying the process, it's infectious, and it's undeniable that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing.
