Are you worried about being 'too much' in your audience's inbox or feed?

Many creators have shared this concern with me. Especially around consistent social media posting and email sends.

So let's talk about!

I've been giving it some thought, and here are 5 keys, if every creator followed, would never be 'that annoying person.'

1. Align with Your Audience's Core Interests

Understand what your audience is coming to you for. If you deliver on that promise, you're never annoying - you're valuable!

2. Actively Engage with Audience Feedback

Beyond views and likes, what posts are resonating? How can you go a bit deeper on those topics?

3. Quality Over Quantity

There's a thing I call 'content blindness'. It's where all content from someone starts to look the same. This is usually caused by the content not the design. There are certain creators who make their posts so fancy, they dilute their message.

4. Diversify Your Topics

Simple reminder: Just because you're a creator doesn't mean you have to be an expert at everything. Focusing on 3-5 key areas at depth will give you more energy than talking about everything.

5. Post with Intention

At the end of the day, too much can lead to burnout - for you and your audience. But if you have a message you want to share, and it's of value to your audience, you are doing a disservice by not sharing it.
