Last week I shared about ‘The Creator’s Journey’.

This week I want to continue on that theme with your audiences journey.

Part of creating content is capturing attention. But what do you do after you’ve captured their attention?

Here's 3 ways you can provide a deeper experience for your audiences journey.

Tailor Content for Various Stages

If you normally cover beginner-friendly topics, throw in some intermediate and advanced content.

People who have been following you for awhile will appreciate something new. And this highlights to beginners what’s to come.

Create Community Experiences

It’s our responsibility as creators to offer a safe space for our audience to grow. If you’re publishing, you’ve already assumed the leadership role. Why not offer your audience a chance to go deeper with you and other like-minded individuals?

This isn’t about selling courses or starting a membership. Whether it’s free or paid, the goal should be to create a space for people to share.

Diversify Your Presence

Different platforms offer different interaction levels.

If you’re podcast-focused, why not try a newsletter? Podcasts don’t offer easy two-way conversations with your audience in a way that newsletters do.

If social media has been your main platform, maybe consider a podcast? Social media is interruption-based media. Meaning, it relies on interrupting what someone is doing to get them to look at you. Podcasts are permission-based media.

Implementing these 3 strategies will grow your community faster, stronger, and bigger.
